While not clinically trained, she incorporates evidence-informed techniques from Positive Intelligence, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness—tools she’s studied extensively and applied through years of coaching and lived experience. The 6-Week Framework Each session is 60 minutes, delivered virtually. Between sessions, you’ll have reflection prompts and gentle accountability.
